Pofta pleaca mancand… altceva

Ma tin darza cand vine vorba de fast food, intorc spatele oricarei fripturi, si stau departe de tot ce e ingrasator, prea dulce, prea plin de fainuri sau conservanti. Dar totusi, pofta ma face cateodata sa cobor din pat in miezul noptii si sa fur o lingurita de inghetata din frigider, ma face sa intind mana in ambalaje argintii de ciocolata, fie doar si pentru un cub, si mai ales sa nu rezist in fata unui coltuc de paine moale cu unt. Stiu, nu sunt pacate capitale si n-a murit nimeni din mici stropi de rasfat culinar. Si nu, nici nu vreau sa renunt la poftele mele. Dar ma intreb cateodata de unde vin?

Am gasit o clasificare interesanta a lor, a poftelor. Si chiar daca nu am apucat sa traduc tabelul in pun totusi aici. Pe mine m-a facut sa ma gandesc, chiar si in engleza :) la lucrurile pe care trebuie sa le includ in meniu.

    Daca mie imi da cineva broccoli sau fasole cand ii spun ca mi-e pofta de ceva dulce, pai isi ia oala cu broccoli si fasole fix in cap. Sunt innebunita dupa ele, sa ne intelegem, dar nu in loc de dulce. Pentru asta exista fructele uscate, mai ales caise si prune. Cred in ideea ca ti-e pofta de ceva ce organismul are nevoie, dar mai cred ca elementul psihologic are mai multe de spus decat lipsa propriu-zisa. Si nu, o felie de paine cu unt, o cupa de inghetata ori un pic de ciocolata neagra nu imbolnavesc pe nimeni. Dimpotriva, contribuie la linistea sociala a grupului in care individul cu pricina se desfasoara.

  2. Asa e! Tu crezi ca daca imi vara cineva un ou sub nas cand am pofta de o cafea, o sa scape usor? :)
    Dar poate elemetrul asta psihologic de care spui nu trebuie separat neaparat de reactiile chimice din organism.
